Terrorist team busted in northwest of Iran: Intelligence Ministry
EghtesadOnline: The intelligence ministry announced on Wednesday that it's forces have identified and busted a twelve-member terrorist team in the city of Sardasht in West Azarbaijan Province.
The armed terrorist team who had a plan to carry out acts of sabotage with the support and guidance of Saudi Arabia and trans-regional countries was busted Tuesday night, the Intelligence Ministry said in a statement.
According to IRNA, the armed gang was contained and busted in a joint operation of Intelligence Ministry forces and the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps in the Iran-Iraq border region, it added.
